General conditions
The apartment is considered definitely booked upon receipt of the deposit.The rent goes from Saturday to Saturday, excluding periods of low season. Delayed arrivals and early departures will also be counted.
For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be retained. The change of linen is weekly.

The price includes bed, bath and kitchen linen, electricity, gas, heating and final cleaning, outdoor parking, WI-FI system (wireless), boot dryer, garden with deck chairs in summer. Early and late season promotions and special offers for families. We are open all year round - contact us!
